Store purchase issues

  • Check your email spam folder for store messages. You might find the message that contains your “registration name” used to register your license.
  • Keep your web browser up to date for better security and reliability.
  • The store requires some browser cookies to function. Please read our privacy policy and cookie information. When you can not accept them, please contact me by email to discuss an alternative.
  • Several methods of payment are available: PayPal, credit card via PayPal, Wise, and SWIFT/IBAN/SEPA bank transfer. You are responsible for transaction fees; some methods have no fees. Most methods support conversion to Euro; our currency of payment.
